BRADFORD M. STERN
Vice President, Legal and Regulatory Affairs
Brad Stern specializes in strategic management, commodity procurement, utility industry regulation, energy efficiency and demand-side management on behalf of public and private energy consumers. His experience includes private practice positions in the public utility and energy practice groups of prominent law firms. He also has project supervision experience in the siting and licensing of large-scale coal and nuclear power plants. In addition to his position with Mondre Energy, Mr. Stern maintains a legal practice in the areas of telecommunications, utility regulatory matters, and commercial transactions. He is a member of the bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Mr. Stern’s expertise includes:
Regulatory Analysis: Mr. Stern leads Mondre Energy’s services related to regulatory compliance, transactional issues, tariff analysis and rate case participation.
Utility Rate Monitoring and Management: Mr. Stern assists Mondre Energy’s clients in the negotiation of utility rates and off-tariff agreements.
Contracting: Mr. Stern is responsible for assisting Mondre Energy’s clients with energy supply and energy services transactions, including power generation development and operation, and solicitation documents and proposals evaluation.
