BRADFORD M. STERN, Esq., Vice President, Legal and Regulatory Affairs
Mr. Stern specializes in strategic management, commodity procurement, electric power industry restructuring, and demand-side management on behalf of public and private energy consumers. Mr. Stern's legal experience includes associate positions in the public utility and energy practice groups of Buchanan Ingersoll, Princeton, NJ and McManimon & Scotland, Newark, NJ. He also worked as a supervising licensing engineer with United Engineers & Constructors, Philadelphia, PA, specializing in the siting and licensing of large-scale power production facilities. In addition to his position with Mondre Energy, Mr. Stern maintains a legal practice in the areas of telecommunications, utility regulatory matters, and commercial transactions. He is a member of the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Mr. Stern is a member of MEI's team serving on the Statewide Evaluator retained by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission under Pennsylvania's Act 129. In this capacity, he was a principal author on a recent white paper addressing development of net-to-gross ratios for evaluating the cost effectiveness of energy efficiency and demand response measures and programs.
