Providing Energy Solutions Since 1998
The most important energy decisions are rarely just technical. They involve markets, regulations, infrastructure, risk, and long-term planning. For over 28 years, Mondre Energy has helped organizations navigate those decisions through independent, objective advice and real-world experience.
Who We Are
Mondre Energy, Inc. (MEI) was founded in 1998 by Judith Mondre, whose career in energy management and policy spans more than thirty-five years. Since then, the firm has grown into a multidisciplinary practice that combines engineering, legal, market analytics, and operational expertise in a single team.
MEI clients have saved hundreds of millions of dollars in energy costs through a combination of strategic planning, energy audits, market analytics, procurement, utility data management, building infrastructure and facility efficiency, regulatory representation, and the implementation of alternative and renewable energy sources. Clients range from single facilities to organizations with thousands of accounts across state, municipal, and EDC boundaries throughout the United States.
The team brings together engineers, attorneys, market analysts, and program evaluators with backgrounds in nuclear operations, utility regulation, building systems, power markets, sustainability analytics, and data engineering. That breadth lets MEI provide end-to-end solutions from handling strategy, policy and procurement at one end of an engagement to field-level measurement and verification at the other.
